Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk compared himself to the famous Counter-Strike 2 pro player Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov.

The relevant moment was captured in the player's Twitch broadcast.

“How do I feel about m0NESY? He's my brother — not by blood, but in spirit. He's always second, just like me,” the Team Spirit carry noted ironically.

Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov plays for Team Falcons in Counter-Strike 2, with whom he took third place at the Esports World Cup 2025, and has also finished in the top 2 in a number of major Tier 1 pro scene tournaments since joining the team. It is worth noting that Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk has also lost two grand finals with Team Spirit recently, at PGL Wallachia Season 6 and DreamLeague Season 27.
