Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk, a two-time Dota 2 world champion, admitted that he donated $250 to a random guy on Twitch to support his efforts.
This came to light during the esports player's own livestream.
“[Kerosin sends a big thank you for the $250—it really motivated him]. For context, if you don’t know. Well, you weren’t supposed to know. I just found some guy on Twitch with around 10 viewers and decided to send him some money. He seemed like he was putting in a lot of effort”
The former
Team Spirit carry explained that he randomly came across an unknown streamer with about 10 viewers and decided to motivate him by donating $250. The esports player appreciated the guy’s efforts and simply wanted to support him. He clarified that it wasn’t meant to go public, but after receiving thanks on stream, he decided to explain the situation so it wouldn’t be misunderstood.
Judging by the gratitude expressed, the aspiring streamer is incredibly thankful for the champion's gesture and is now motivated to continue streaming on Twitch.
