Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, manager for Team Spirit, expressed that Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk essentially issued an ultimatum to the club: Either he can have the return to the roster or he can find himself another team.

“What more do you have to know? Yatoro said he’s coming back— to Team Spirit or not Team Spirit”

The manager explained that all these factors likely affected the decision made by the club to replace Alan “Satanic” Gallyamov with someone else. It seems Team Spirit was not willing to let go of the two time Dota 2 world champion, so to make sure they are able to keep him, they returned him to the roster to aide them in the situation instead of the player transferring to the rival.

Previously, Alan satanic Gallyamov announced his departure from Team Spirit, but confirmed that he replaced Gallyamov in the Dota 2 pro scene.
