Xtreme Gaming receives a direct invite to DreamLeague Season 22 after the majority of players from
Azure Ray joined the roster. Consequently,
Azure Ray loses its right to skip regional qualifiers.
This conclusion can be drawn from ESL rules quoted by Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov, the manager of
Team Spirit, on his Telegram.
"If a team makes three or more changes, their EPT points will be reduced to 0.
If a team changes enough players that their EPT score is reset to 0, they lose the rights to compete in any Closed Qualifier or Main Event they had previously been invited to, with those rights passing to the majority of that team which has just left"
Considering that
Azure Ray lost three players at once - Zhao "XinQ" Zixing, Go "Xm" Hunchen, and Lin "Xxs" Jing—this can be considered a majority.

In other words, the first significant tournament for
Xtreme Gaming could be DreamLeague Season 22, as they have received a direct invitation to the major tournament from ESL instead of
Azure Ray.
