The worst hero on the Dota 2 pro scene has been revealed, losing 80% of matches

Phantom Lancer became the worst hero on the Dota 2 pro scene in 2025, losing 80% of official matches in which he was picked.

According to the statistics, a total of 43,720 official matches were played over the year, but Phantom Lancer was picked only 25 times. Notably, throughout 2025 the hero failed to show strong results, losing 20 out of 25 matches.

Necrophos showed a similar level of performance, also losing 80% of his matches, but he was picked even less often. As a result, in 2025 the hero lost 16 out of 20 matches. Despite several patches, both characters were unable to regain their former positions compared to 2024, when they were picked quite frequently in public matches.
