The worst hero of patch 7.38b has been revealed

Tiny fall from grace as a hero in Dota 2 came after patch 7.38b, which hights leads to a nerf that caused his survivability to take a massive hit.

DotaBuff data suggests he is among the heroes with the worst performance at the moment.

After the recent update, he has been losing a lot, and his 46.87% win rate is proof of that. It can be attributed to the nerf that decreased his survivability. The Grow ability that Tiny possesses was greatly nerfed as well and the bonus armor he used to gain was brought down from 10/17/24 to 5/10/15.

Before patch 7.38b, Lifestealer and Dragon Knight were considered to be the strongest heroes, but these two have recently joined the ranks of the weakened as well.

A point of interest, Valve did also consider to drop the strongest hero in Dota 2’s survivability in patch 7.38b and that has been acknowledged.
