A well-known esports player is returning to the Dota 2 pro scene and has asked to join OG

Nikolay ‘Nikobaby’ Nikolov, previously the carry for Alliance, moved away from the Dota 2 professional circuit in late 2022, but is now coming out of retirement and is actively looking for teams to join, putting OG on top of his list after their elimination from the DreamLeague Season 25 qualifiers.

The esports player posted on his X (Twitter) page that he is in the market for a new team. Interestingly, he seemed to have interest in OG, even though they could not make it to DreamLeague Season 25. This is Nikobaby’s first in game contract after a three year hiatus.

Nikobaby has jumped back into Dota 2 and has made some decent changes by getting his MMR from 12,000 to 14,000 in a few months, however, he has been rather vague regarding the team he intends to sign with this season.

In the past Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, has been known to create new youth squads for Team Spirit.
