Alexander "VooDooSh" Shalchinov, a well-known streamer, intrigued the Dota 2 community by stating that fans will understand why Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk changed his nickname to Raddan only at The International 2024.
He shared this while responding to a subscriber who criticized the two-time world champion's decision during a Twitch stream.
"You don’t initially understand many things. This is a multi-step move that you'll figure out at the next tournament. At The International"
It remains unclear what VooDooSh meant exactly, but earlier, Raddan (Yatoro) himself explained why he suddenly decided to change his nickname. Moreover, the esports player revealed that his new nickname has two meanings, as it can also be read as an abbreviation.
However, recently, Yatoro changed his nickname again, under which he appeared at another Dota 2 tournament.
