Virtus.pro plans to take revenge after their defeat at The International 2023 against Team Spirit

Oleg "sayuw" Kalenbet believes that Virtus.pro must seek revenge after their loss to Team Spirit at The International 2023.

This statement was made by the team's support in his personal Telegram channel.

"Ladies and gentlemen.... today at 21:00 Moscow time, we have a confrontation against Team Spirit for a spot in ESL. The last time we met was at The International, and despite a close battle in two maps, we still lost.

Today, we need to take revenge and secure the first slot in ESL. Come, support us, enjoy the game (hopefully, today's match will be high-quality and without any dirt)."

At The International 2023, Virtus.pro shared the 7-8th position with the team Nouns. Team Spirit emerged as champions, defeating Gaimin Gladiators in the finals. Virtus.pro lost to the champions in the upper bracket with a score of 2:1, subsequently exiting the tournament due to a defeat against BetBoom Team in the lower bracket semifinals.
