Virtus.pro has lost a player ahead of the ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 qualification match

Ilya "Kiritych" Ulyanov, the carry for Virtus.pro, will miss the first match of his team's qualification for ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023. Alexander "V1olent" Pak, who plays for Nemiga Gaming, will stand in for him in the match against team team.

It is reported that Kiritych will be unable to compete due to health issues. Therefore, the team had to bring in a stand-in. It is unclear whether the substitution will only be for this match or if V1olent will also play in the following matches.
