Valve released balanced patch 7.26c for Dota 2

Several neutral items have undergone minor changes. Royal Jelly now has a global cast range, and also buff is now duplicated on illusions you can create. Illusionist's Cape now destroys any illusions that it created if the item is unequipped.

Heroes that received the most changes are Outworld Devourer, Mars and Beastmaster. Mars talents and abilities have now reworked and nerfed, while OD talents and abilities have buffed. Beastmaster received a significant nerf. Talent +24 Boar Damage at level 15, which helped in the middle game, was moved to level 20.

Also they fixed a bug in this patch with Helm of the Dominator and Juggernaut which didn`t affect the hero during Omnislash, moreover, the ability now has 0.15 seconds to find the correct target and not be interrupted if the target leaves the vision. And talents at level 15 and 25 also received buffs.

WePlay! Pushka League is still going and the release of this balance patch in the middle of the tournament can seriously change the meta.
