The Dota 2 developers released a mini-update focused on bug fixes, and also added a feature showing the duration of buffs and debuffs in matches.
Full list of changes:
The traveling set can now be gifted to friends
Statuses now show the duration of buffs and debuffs from items or abilities
A significant number of bugs were also fixed
It’s worth noting that the feature showing positive and negative statuses is very useful in matches, allowing players to press buttons more effectively, and better calculate teamfights and item usage on the map. Valve also added the ability to search for a specific friend in your friend list, which was unavailable to players for years.

As a reminder, earlier information appeared that Valve might introduce new profile level rewards in Dota 2.
