Mentions of a new feature called SteamGPT were discovered inside the Steam client which Valve is likely working on
According to parameters found by dataminer Gabe Follower it may be related to user support system
It is assumed that this is a chatbot that can help Steam users and answer their questions when they run into different problems. Interestingly among the parameters tied to SteamGPT there are things like TrustScore rating and Counter Strike 2

Most likely this data will be used to process requests for example those related to account bans. The chatbot probably wont make unban decisions on its own but can rely on available metrics and anti cheat data when responding to users
Some even think the new system will not just act as a chatbot but also control player rating and help track cheaters or bug abusers in games like CS2 or Dota 2
At the same time Valve has not officially announced this feature. And its also possible that SteamGPT wont appear any time soon its common that months or even a year can pass from first mentions in the client files to an actual release
And even then there is no guarantee the system will ever make it into Steam since developers can change plans or completely drop the idea
