Alimzhan "Watson" IslamBekov, the
Entity carry, received a Toxic Lump of Coal from Valve as a warning of a potential lifetime ban on his main Dota 2 account if he continues to use smurf accounts.
The esports athlete shared this news during a Twitch stream.
It's worth noting that Watson himself is not too concerned about what's happening and has even showcased the Toxic Lump of Coal on his profile. Watson has not just one but two smurf accounts, both of which are in the top 5 of the European leaderboard.
Whether the
Entity carry will continue to use smurfs to maintain multiple top rankings in the Dota 2 ladder or will heed Valve's warning remains unknown.

As a reminder, all Dota 2 players received a gift from Valve for Frostivus. While honest users found valuable gifts and even sets inside, smurfs and cheaters could receive a lifetime ban on their accounts, as seen with the streamer Mason.
