Valve has released an update for DotaTV and shop

On the night of October 15, Valve released a patch for Dota 2, in which it added the ability to activate an automatic 15-minute delay for DotaTV in the lobby of tournament matches. In addition, the developers have released a fix for the error with overlapping notifications on the shop window.
List of changes:
- Added lobby option for 15 minutes DotaTV delay.
- Notifications will no longer be shown when the shop is open.
On September 15, the new rules for broadcasting Dota 2 tournaments for independent streamers came into force, in which Valve obliges streamers to comply with the requirements of tournament operators.
