Valve has released a major patch for CS2, awarding medals to players

Valve rolled out a significant reset for CS2 that not only transformed a number of core fundamentals of the gameplay but also debuted the second season of Premier mode where players were rewarded medals for having played the previous season.
This was confirmed on the official page of Counter-Strike 2.
A few of the main highlights from this patch include the FAMAS now having greater accuracy while standing and moving, and the MP9, MP7, and MP5-SD all experiencing a nerf as they all had their spread significantly increased. No less significant is the introduction of the second “Premier” season, League, all players who played in the previous season have had medals issued to them based on their stats.

The second season of Premier mode has started.
New medals, stats as well as ranks have been issued to every player for having participated in the first season.
M4A4 cost has increased to $2900.
FAMAS cost has been adjusted to $1950. More changes can be expected in the coming days.
Overall precision values when crouching with the MP9, MP5-SD, and MP7 has also been decreased.
Improved aim point on AUG and SG-553 makes it more convenient to use at a distance.
A dynamic radar zooming mode has been added which depends on players, bombs, and other factors.
The grenade s-order in the spectator interface has been rearranged to correspond to the weapon selection order.
The brightness of the C4 icon has been slightly adjusted in order to stand out more.
Designed backup logic for enabling playback of demo files that are incomplete and were copied from the current match or recovered after a server crash.
Corrected a problem where it was possible to utilize the Revolver R8 and then sell it back.
Counter-strafing statistics are now available in the game server log data.
Updated localization files.
Previously covered was the income of players in CS2 where in they receive million dollar salaries with no tournaments to participate in.
