Valve disqualified Southeast Asia team

Malaysian team Assault was disqualified from Dota Pro Circuit 2021: Season 1 - Southeast Asia Lower Division. Valve employee Wykrhm Reddy reported this on Twitter.

The reason is account sharing and possible participation in the team previously banned Newbee players. Earlier former T1 player Galvin «Meracle» Kang Jian Wen told about it on Twitter. He also took part in the qualifiers and passed to the Lower Division with the new team HOYO.

The Assault team was replaced by Army Geniuses, which also played in the Open and Closed Qualifiers of the DPC league. But in Tiebreake, Army Geniuses was defeated by ZeroTwo, which took the last slot to participate in the Dota Pro Circuit 2021: Season 1 - Southeast Asia Lower Division.
