Ringmaster received several significant nerfs from Valve in the new patch 7.37d, which immediately led to a sharp decline in his win rate in Dota 2 matchmaking.
This is evidenced by the data from the DotaBuff portal.
Statistics show that within just a few hours after the gameplay update was released, Ringmaster lost 6.76% of his win rate, bringing his performance in matches down to only 46.63%. As a result, the hero has also been picked significantly less frequently in pubs, as he is no longer considered an overpowered support.

In patch 7.37d, Ringmaster received several serious nerfs related to his base strength and strength gain. Additionally, all three of his abilities—Tame the Beasts, Escape Act, and Wheel of Wonder—were also weakened. All of this has transformed him from an overpowered hero to one of the weakest in the new meta.

However, the situation in matchmaking may stabilize, and new effective builds for the hero could be devised to address the drop in win rate.

Team Spirit previously explained how the meta in Dota 2 changed after the release of patch 7.37d.
