Valve changed the Dota 2 map in patch 7.40

In patch 7.40, Valve decided not only to add a new hero but also changed the map, improving its visual aspects.

The main map changes were shown by the developers in a gallery of screenshots.

As can be seen, the Shrines of Wisdom now stand in water, the base exits through the defensive gates lead through waterfalls, and the bridges got new unique models. In other words, the developers radically changed the landscape in some areas of the map and also enhanced the visuals.
