Valve added text filtering for Dota 2

On June 13, Valve released a mini-patch that added a profanity filter for text chat.
After installing the update, the option “Text Filter” is activated automatically and will block common obscene expressions.
List of major changes:
- Added a new 'social' settings tab;
- Moved around some settings;
- Added “Text Filter” chat;
- Localization fixes.
Earlier, a similar patch with text chat filtering was released for CS:GO.
