Valve forgot to change the start dates for Act 4 of Crownfall, and now users can select it as active, but until the update, it won’t provide any benefits to players.
One of the dataminers noticed the issue and published a screenshot confirming it on the Telegram channel Dota Степана.

"You can now select Act 4 as active. This is not related to the update; the act simply opened based on the 'timer.' Currently, the latest end date for the event (not counting the official October 16 date) is December 30"
It is noted that there was no update, but the event still started. The reason is that the game's code had the start date set for September 24, which is why the final part of the event began. However, the new map stage did not open. It is likely that Valve will fix the issue soon, and Act 4 will officially start later.
It’s worth mentioning that the final part of Crownfall will introduce a new Dota 2 hero named Kez.
