The unexpected changes in Team Falcons roster include the signing of S1mple

Alexander "s1mple" Kostylev will play for Team Falcons on a loan basis in the upcoming CS2 tournaments. He will temporarily replace Muhammad "BOROS" Malkhas, who is going inactive.

The organization made the announcement on their Twitter page.

"The legendary NAVI player Alexander "s1mple" Kostylev will temporarily return from inactive status for the upcoming tournaments"

It is noted that nominally, the player remains in the Natus Vincere roster but will assist Team Falcons in securing a slot in the BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown 2024.

"Over the next month, he will act as a stand-in for Team Falcons and will try to help the team earn one of the two slots for the spring finals of BLAST at the BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown 2024"

It's worth mentioning that s1mple has been on inactive status since October 2023. However, he remains as a backup player for Natus Vincere. Nevertheless, a situation similar to Ivan "Pure" Moskalenko's may occur. The esports athlete also stated that he was taking a break from the pro scene but eventually left BetBoom Team and joined Tundra Esports.
