Vladimir "No[o]ne" Minenko, the midlaner of
PARIVISION, opened up that two
Gaimin Gladiators players may be leaving the organization to join
Team Liquid.
The Dota 2 Legend shared this scoop while he was watching Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev’s Twitch Stream.
"From what I've heard, two players from Gladiators will join Team Liquid. But this is all speculation at the moment"
No[o]ne went on to say that he heard two players want to leave GG but did not expose any names. Also stated, as of now, this is all speculation as there have been no formal statements made regarding the transfer.
While No[o]ne did not name any specific players, some reports pointed out that Marcus "Ace" Hoelgaard and Erik "tOfu" Engel were supposedly under contract with the
Gaimin Gladiators. Furthermore, there were indications that Ace could possibly be considering retiring from professional play altogether.
Fans should remember, however, that at the same time there was also information suggesting that Ace and tOfu were not the only
Gaimin Gladiators players who were speculated to be changing teams. Additionally, there have been rumors of Ace hanging up his jersey for good.
It is also of interest that leaks exist regarding
Team Liquid roster after, apparently, two central players leave the team post The International 2024 even with the victory still in hand.
