Tundra Esports broke the BLAST Slam 2 trophy after defeating Gaimin Gladiators

As the players of Tundra Esports prepared to claim the BLAST Slam 2 trophy after defeating Gaimin Gladiators, the trophy shattered in two upon the slightest touch.

The moment was streamed live on Twitch in real time.

Team captain Netta "33" Shapira is seen in the video attempting to pick the trophy only to have it smash into two pieces. The team seems to be unfazed and finds the whole situation humorous. Piecing the trophy together, the team manages to hoist the relic.

This amused the spectators and commentators alike. The esports athletes took turns lifting the two pieces of the trophy in a half hearted manner as though it didn’t phase them that the trophy was broken.

Additionally, it should be mentioned that Gaimin Gladiators stood no chance against the dominance of Tundra Esports, losing the match in a clean sweep of 3-0. Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov has his former team lost marked this as his fourth victory against them in a row.
