During the G2 versus MOUZ match at the PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 tournament, a group of unidentified individuals stormed the stage, leading to a brawl with tournament security personnel, resulting in damage to the trophy.

Due to the incident, the match was suspended, and the pause lasted nearly half an hour. Organizers promised to restore the trophy before the final. After the incident, it was revealed that the conflict between two organizations vying for partnership with G2 was the cause.

BetBoom Team Manager Luká "Lukawa" Nasuashvili commented on the incident. According to his statement, such situations are more typical of traditional sports, and esports athletes should not introduce such practices into their disciplines.
