The squad did not have specific preparation for the Elite League tournament in Dota 2 but rather saw it as a practice before ESL One Birmingham 2024; according to TORONTOTOKYO.
This is a quotation of a corresponding statement made by
BetBoom Team’s support player during one of the post-match interviews conducted on Twitch broadcasts during tournaments.
“Honestly, we didn’t play any scrims. Initially, we were taking this tournament as a big warm-up for Birmingham. We had a very crowded schedule so we didn’t bootcamp before, our objective was just to play as many pubs games as possible before this tournament.”
BetBoom Team finished 11-12th with
Entity in the overall ranking being at that level. TORONTOTOKYO’s line-up started off in this championship with two losses. Team won matches against
BOOM Esports and
Blacklist International whereas all other matches were also drawn.

It should be remembered that earlier Luka "Lukawa" Nasuashvili has expressed his opinion about the departure of his team from Elite-League while being its manager.
