Topias “Topson” Taavitsainen surprised the Dota 2 community — his stream managed to surpass the official League of Legends broadcast from Riot Games’ Twitch channel.
This unusual achievement was noticed by the legendary player’s former club,
OG, which posted a screenshot on its X (Twitter) page.
The image showed that an ordinary stream from the two-time Dota 2 world champion had more viewers than the official LoL developers’ stream. Many were shocked by such unexpected numbers and noted that Topson once again proved his legendary status.

Others, however, suspected that bots might have inflated the view count, since by the end of the stream the number of viewers dropped from 30,000 to 10,000. Still, there’s little reason for a champion like Topson to boost his numbers artificially, so many doubt that this was the case.
It’s worth noting that earlier RAMZES666 shared insider info suggesting that Topson might return to the Dota 2 pro scene.
