Topias "Topson" Taavitsainen, midlaner for
Tundra Esports, shocked fans with a critical drop in win rate. He lost 9 matches in a row in Dota 2 matchmaking.
This is according to data from Dota2ProTracker.
Statistics show that the two-time world champion played 37 matches in the last 8 days, but lost more than half of them. Apparently, due to this losing streak, Topson's win rate dropped to 48.65%. It's quite likely that the esports player was testing new builds or preparing to counter heroes, as almost every match he played involved a new hero.
Earlier, the two-time world champion in Dota 2 started performing successfully on an extremely unpopular hero ahead of Riyadh Masters 2024.
