The legendary Topson has officially announced his return to Dota 2

Topias "Topson" Taavitsainen, a true legend of the pro scene, has announced that he's playing Dota 2 again and has started streaming.

The esports player shared the news on his X (Twitter) page.

His stream has already surpassed 8,000 viewers, and fans in the chat are overjoyed by the event. Many are congratulating Topson on returning to his favorite game, while others are wondering whether he'll stick to public games or make a full comeback to the Dota 2 pro scene.

So far, however, Topson hasn’t made any official announcements on the matter. Still, there’s a possibility that the player might return to the competitive scene after The International 2025, when the global reshuffle begins.

Earlier, Topson unexpectedly participated in a Battle Cup and won it with his team.
