Topson commented on his move to Team Spirit

Topias “Topson” Taavitsainen joked during a joint game with Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk that he would do everything possible to prove himself and get into Team Spirit.

This statement was made during a stream on Twitch.

“Damn, guys, it's Yatoro. Yatoro from Spirit! Oh my God. He picked me first. God, guys. I have to try to show him that I'm good. Maybe I'll get into Spirit. Topson in Spirit — let's go!”

Topson ended up on the same team as Yatoro in matchmaking, and Yatoro immediately picked him as his first pick. The two-time world champion joked that since he had been shown such trust, he would try to show his best game in order to possibly join Team Spirit as a mid laner.

It is worth noting that Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev had previously said that if Team Spirit had offered Topson to play with them at TI14, he would have definitely agreed.
