Thorin Defends BC.Game Amid Backlash Against the Team

Duncan “Thorin” Shields has come to the defense of the BC.Game roster amid criticism of the team for changing regions following the replacement of Denis “Electronic” Sharipov.

The analyst shared his thoughts on the matter on his personal X page.

“Hate the game, not the player. If such a rule exists, you’d have to be an idiot not to use it if you’re BC.Game, stuck in the hell of the CIS Tier 2 online scene.

Any complaints about this should be directed at Valve. You should demand that Valve introduce a rule requiring a roster to compete in a region for three months before earning the right to qualify from it.”

According to Duncan “Thorin” Shields, the problem lies not with the team, which used the game’s rules to improve its standing on the pro scene, but with the game itself, whose rules place virtually no restrictions on changing regions if the team has players with the appropriate background.
