Duncan “Thorin” Shields believes that Danil “donk” Kryshkovets made virtually no contribution to
Team Spirit’s performance on the first two maps of the IEM Rio Counter-Strike 2 Grand Final against Vitality.
The player shared this opinion on X.
“This is uncharted territory: Spirit could have won both maps, but Donk had virtually no impact.”
According to Duncan “Thorin” Shields,
Team Spirit had a good chance of winning the first two maps of the decisive series if Danil “donk” Kryshkovets had contributed more to the team's performance.
It’s worth noting that the analyst expressed this opinion after the first two maps of the grand final, but the third map also ended in a loss for
Team Spirit.
As a reminder, Duncan “Thorin” Shields previously stated that
Team Spirit could beat Vitality if Andrey “Tn1r” Tatarinovich could resolve issues with his gameplay.
