The new Dota 2 update has broken the game: players are complaining about a global bug

In Dota 2, after the release of the new update, a global bug related to vision has been discovered. Players from all over the world are reporting that heroes' vision is sometimes almost completely obstructed.

A corresponding thread appeared on Reddit.

Users are posting screenshots and videos showing that sometimes the hero's vision range drops to just one or two meters. The problem is especially noticeable at rune spawn locations. Some report that this bug also affects creeps and towers, disrupting the game.

Presumably, the developers have already received numerous complaints about the issue and will soon release a hotfix to address the situation. It is currently unknown how players can fix the situation on their own.

Recall that earlier Valve released patch 7.36a for Dota 2, which drastically changed the meta as well as the characteristics of many heroes and items.
