Here came the long-awaited 7.31, many expected radical changes and something new with shrines, but we got, quite a small patch with a new hero and minimal changes, compared to other major patches. But no matter how it was, the question of boosting rating is always relevant. On whom to do it and why, we will try to explain in this article.

1 Tiny 


The hero is heavily boosted, due to the increase in damage with Toss and Tree Grab. At level 18 having one saber the hero can deal about 1500-1800 damage per cast. Also made a few small, but nice changes, increasing the duration of Avalance and slowing down when you throw from Tree Grab. After the patch the hero's win rate skyrocketed by 10 percent. The hero is great for mid, 4th and 1st position.

2 Huskar

In the update, the already strong hero was upped. Not only does the aghanim`s ult still work through bkb, but now the hero also got the mage resistance from the passive back, while almost nothing was nerfed. A very strong carry or mid laner with a 57% win rate in the new patch.

3 Lone Druid 


Probably the strongest laner in this patch. The base damage of the bear was raised by as much as 8, recall that earlier at level 1 the damage was only 20, which means that the damage increased by 40%. Standing against a bear at early game now be very unpleasant. The roots deal damage instantly, and when the druid dies during Primal Form, it does not go away on cd. Also, the bear and the druid now have a common armor, 25% at the last level of pumping, which means that both will have about 5-10 free armor, which is certainly strong. Also, thanks to the new Vladimir, the hero has become even stronger in pushing. Valve really resurrected a dead hero by giving him a 57% win rate in the new patch.

4 Necrophos

Necrophos's scythe was reworked, now instead of increasing the time spent in the tavern, killing with a scythe gives necrophos hp/mana regen. The mechanics of the scythe is interesting at level 1, it gives +3 hp and +1 mana regen. But after successful cast at level 3, all previous scythes give +9 hp and +3 mana regen, respectively. With 8 scythe kills, Necrophos gains 66 additional regen to his own. It will be very difficult to kill such a machine without an oar.

5 Axe


Another hero who received a passive with an ult. With the successful use of Culling Blade, the hero's armor is permanently added. Battle Hanger has also been reworked, now the damage is physical and depends on the hero's armor. Axe has become much stronger not only in the late game, but at all stages of the game. The damage from the ult no longer kills through the grave, the ult of the oracle or the troll, but now it is pure damage.

6 Meepo


In this situation, the hero was more affected by changes in items and the forest. Firstly, Wraith bands now double their bonuses after 25 minutes, and this artifact looks great on a meepo. Secondly, for the forest, over time, give more gold and exp experience, and meepo is almost one of the best forest farmers. Thirdly, his attributes were increased and the poof damage talent was moved to lvl 10, which will significantly increase the hero’s farming speed and make it easy to have 4 slots up to 25 minutes, and taking into account the new wraith bands, the hero will not be stopped. So if you are a master of microcontrol, it's time to take a closer look at this hero.

7 Summoners

At this point there will be several heroes at once, since their ap is associated with the same reasons. With the forest change, all heroes that can summon or tame neutral creeps have been upped. These included: Chen, Enchantress Lycan, Visage, Beastmaster and the Lone druid we talked about earlier. Firstly, they have become stronger due to the new Vladimir, which is already too unbalanced. Secondly, the creeps themselves have become stronger and the variety of auras and abilities of the creeps, too, hence the increase in the win rate of all summoners.

8 Primal Beast

Where without a new hero. True, in this patch he is not as imbalanced as the heroes before him. Great offlaner with the biggest strength gain +4.3. The centaur who held this top for quite some time is finally defeated. A very variable and strong first spell, a lot of damage with a talent, it can serve both for attack and for escape, perfectly breaks the position of the enemy. The second spell is somewhat similar to the Sand king shard, only more often, it combines perfectly with the first skill. 3 spell without any cd at all and gives the hero inadequate 200 damage and 20 armor, it also slows down the enemies, this will most likely be fixed soon, the conditions for obtaining such buffs 5 hits from opponents, if the hero is not beaten, he will simply trample you, so either control or run away. The ult is very strong, a kind of Dismember, only with AoE damage, the cd of the ult is inadequate for 24 seconds without taking into account the use of the ability. Probably the best 3 position in the game.

9 Keeper of the Light


Got a strong up in abilities, with Illuminate the delay before casting was removed. The hero fits perfectly into the meta, as he can heal from afar, and if you look at the heroes above, then all this is fat and summons, the hero joined the patch perfectly. A good push due to the blind and the Illuminate that has been kicked does not allow you to finish quickly, and the healer serves as a great helper for the heroes above.

10 Undying

The hero didn't get much of a change and his winrate boosted, why is that? The answer is very simple, fat, strength heroes or summoners became strong and meta. And Undying is probably one of the best heroes against them, Tomb interferes with Summons, Undying itself drains strength and becomes a difficult target, fights with this hero are incredibly vicious and long. The hero is corny good against strong heroes of the current meta + the artifacts that he usually collects are well boosted.
