4ce won't make it to The International 2023: the reason has been revealed

Nikita "4ce" Kotkov, a Dota 2 commentator and analyst, won't be able to obtain a US visa in time, thus, he won't be able to make it to The International 2023.

He announced this in his Telegram channel.

"The bad news is that my passport is without a visa, my case is still under consideration at the embassy, and they should issue everything sooner or later, but TI12 has already passed me by"

His application is still under review, so he won't be able to get the visa by the end of TI12.
