Team Spirit's manager named the strongest Dota 2 player, but it wasn’t Yatoro

Maroun “GH” Merhey aired his skills on the pro level of eSports. And, as Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, Team Spirit esports manager, suggests, this makes him the greatest Dota 2 player of all time.

Korb3n appears certain “GH won the tournament solo in 2016” and claims this is proof of that logic.

“A few names undeniably dominated the competitive Dota 2 scene for some years. Miracle and SumaiL take the cake and show incredible gameplays that even the best of the best struggle to this day. This makes him “a fanboy” suggesting he always root for them no matter what happens. “but to be objective, the game is so different now compared to back then” he regrets claiming that things have turned into much more complicated gameplay”

Korb3n pointed out that it's hard to name the best player in the history of Dota 2 because the game has changed significantly in recent years. He mentioned that while Miracle and SumaiL used to showcase incredible gameplay, their techniques are simply impossible to execute now due to the changes in gameplay.

Nonetheless, the manager put it particularly that GH, in his viewpoint, is the best player. The esports player had a very limited hero pool, but he executed those heroes masterfully, at least in his opinion. Yet, he did caution that this view may be controversial, but that is who he gave.

Most of the audience was not expecting Mulyarchuk to choose GH instead of Ilya who many consider the best carry in Dota 2's history.
