Nikita “Panto” Balaganin acknowledged that
Nigma Galaxy managed to create difficulties for his team in the match at the ESL One Birmingham 2026 Dota 2 tournament.
The
Team Spirit captain stated this on Telegram.
"Today's series wasn't the easiest. In both games, our opponent dominated early on because they grouped up more, focused on taking down our first towers, and we didn’t respond in the best way. The second game dragged on because we got caught in a very bad teamfight at one point, got wiped out, and even lost Roshan. So it all came down to us having to make a comeback near our fountain, where we caught them all, killed them under the egg, and were finally able to turn things around and win this match. So everything’s great, keep cheering us on.”
According to Nikita “Panto” Balaganin, despite
Team Spirit’s victory, their opponents dominated the early stages of both maps, demonstrating more cohesive team play. The
Team Spirit captain also noted that the second map dragged on for a long time due to an unsuccessful fight for his team early on, where Nikita “Panto” Balaganin’s teammates made numerous mistakes. Nevertheless, the esports player noted that in both games, his team was able to turn the difficulties to their advantage, winning the match 2-0.
