Team Spirit has released an unexpected video ahead of The International 2023

Cybersports club Team Spirit has released a full-fledged music video featuring their Dota 2 roster, where the players performed a cover version of the song "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by the band Nirvana.

This video was published on Team Spirit's official channel.

The vocal part in this composition was performed by Miroslav "Mira" Kolpakov, a support player on the roster, who was also dressed as Kurt Cobain from the original music video. The song's lyrics were adapted for Dota 2 and The International.

Other members of Team Spirit also appeared in the video in the roles of other band members: Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk played the drums, Denis "larl" Sigitov and Magomed "Collapse" Khalilov acted as guitarists, and Yaroslav "Miposhka" Naydenov played the bass guitar.

This track was titled "Smell Like Team Spirit," which is a reference to the team's catchphrase and was released before The International 2021. Fans highly appreciated the club's creativity and praised the cover's execution.
