Ilya 'Illidan' Pivtsev, a streamer for
Team Spirit, stated that his monthly income is around $10,000, which is why he earns more than many esports players.
This admission came during a Twitch stream.
"I'm sure if I stop messing around with betting, I'll earn more than guys who regularly place in the top 3 at tournaments. On average, I make about $10,000 a month. And that's considering there haven't been many tournaments recently"
He clarified that sometimes he loses money when using strange betting strategies. However, Illidan emphasized that if he didn't mess around with betting, he would earn more than tier-1 players.
It's worth noting that not all tier-1 players' salaries reach $10,000, so in this respect, the streamer could indeed out-earn many renowned esports athletes.
Recall that earlier, Yaroslav 'Miposhka' Naidenov, captain of
Team Spirit, announced changes to the team following issues at Riyadh Masters 2024.
