Team Spirit manager reveals the real reason for their elimination from The International 2025

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov stated that the reason for Team Spirit's early elimination from The International 2025 Dota 2 tournament was not Denis “Larl” Sigitov's poor individual form, but rather the lack of time to prepare after the player's return to the team.

The Team Spirit manager shared this opinion on Telegram.

“So it's not about individual performance. We played together for three days, didn't decide on a hero pool, didn't resolve some disagreements. It's one thing when your support changes, it's another when your playmaker changes. We just didn't have enough time.”

According to Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, the team made a collective decision that Team Spirit would play the tournament with Denis “Larl” Sigitov as soon as the player's doctor reported an improvement in his condition. The Team Spirit manager noted that the decision was unanimous and that he has no regrets about Larl's return to the team for The International 2025.

“Overall, we decided immediately when the doctor said that Den was available. Well, how are we supposed to play now? I don't know, I'm not worried about it, the decision was collective and unanimous.”
