Team Spirit revealed what Korb3n actually does in the team

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov not only looks for new players for Team Spirit but also controls the team’s training process, monitors the schedule, and solves internal issues without letting them affect the team’s mentality.

“Korb3n is responsible for our training process: when we get together how many pubs and scrims we have to play and against which teams. He follows the scene from the inside, how other teams play, and finds the best opponents for us. He calculates timings depending on what we are doing, preparing for a tournament, keeps his finger on the pulse of in-game situations, mostly communicational ones. He notices changes in team communication and every time figures it out with specific players or with the whole team”

According to her, Korb3n decides how many pubs the players should play, builds the scrim schedule, and even selects the right opponents. Just as important is the fact that the manager closely monitors communication inside the team and immediately fixes problems as soon as he notices that something is wrong.

It is also worth noting that Korb3n himself has become an iconic figure in the Dota 2 community, as the most well-known manager on the pro scene, who helped make Team Spirit one of the most successful rosters in the history of the game.
