The manager of Team Spirit named the only team Yatoro wouldn't transfer to

Team Spirit manager Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov claimed that Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk could join any of the Tier-1 teams except the BetBoom Team.

He mentioned this during a Twitch stream.

“Which team could it be? It could be any top-tier team, other than the BetBoom Team”

Korb3n stressed that once again, seasoned carry-player Yatoro’s involvement with BetBoom Team is barred, thus he is free to join any other team of his wish, yet the reason for Yatoro's past team being off-limits was not provided. Korb3n further explained that it would have been highly possible for the star-player to join the team as well if it were Yatoro for the Dot 2 Pro Esports. But Korben said that Yatoro informed the organization in no uncertain terms that if he decided to return, he would either play for the old roster or for another team.

This is probably why the organization decided to do a Satiation transfer to inactive instead of making an effort to bring the two players back together which didn’t seem ideal.
