Team Spirit named the main reason for their defeat in the Riyadh Masters playoffs

Magomed ‘Collapse’ Khalilov stated that in the match against Team Liquid, his team favoured Sand King over Tiny, considering the former a stronger hero. However, the opponent proved to the lineup the opposite.

‘After we got back from the arena, we watched replays of past LGD matches - with Falcons and the rest of the teams. Watched our replay with Liquid, realised our mistakes.

Against Liquid, we focused on Sand King instead of Tiny. We thought he was stronger. But they showed us that he wasn't. So we decided not to ignore that hero if he's not in the ban.’

Team Spirit suffered a 2 : 0 defeat to Team Liquid in the first match of the Riyadh Masters 2024 playoffs. However, the team showed a good game in the lower grid match against LGD Gaming, after which the team will have to play the winner of the OG vs PSG Quest match.
