Team Spirit manager discussed serious post-match conversations with players

Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov, the manager of Team Spirit, admitted that after matches, he engages in serious discussions with the players, analyzing their builds and actions during performances.

He shared this during a Twitch stream.

"I can't say they always listen. It depends on what I bring up for discussion. I might say something about the hero and builds. But it's not like, 'Build this.' I just ask, 'Why didn't you build this?' And they explain to me. Or they say, 'Yeah, that could have been done too.' They explain and argue in some way"

He emphasized that he doesn't demand strict adherence to his advice but expects players to provide arguments for their actions during matches. Additionally, Korb3n clarified that players don't always heed his advice, and it depends on the topic of discussion.
