"There will never be a second roster in Dota – it doesn't make sense. If there was a point, there would be. All current tournament organizers' rules prohibit playing two rosters in their tournaments. As a result – what's the point? Although I really wanted it, honestly"

According to the Team Spirit manager, the organization would indeed create a second roster, but it doesn't make sense due to tournament rules. Moreover, he confessed that he genuinely wanted it, but it won't happen.
