Abdimalik "Malik" Saylau, the temporary offlaner for Team Spirit, hinted that several strong esports players will return to the pro scene after the New Year, which will strengthen the best Dota 2 rosters.

"Many good teams have reshuffled. After the New Year, many players will return, and it will be quite significant"

According to him, there is currently a sort of balance among the top teams in the pro scene. However, after the New Year, teams will indeed be strengthened in 2025 when several renowned players return to the pro scene.

He didn't specify who exactly he had in mind, but Magomed "Collapse" Khalilov will definitely return in January 2025. It's also possible that Anton "Dyrachyo" Shkredov and Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev will make a comeback.

Moreover, they may even form their own roster, as there are plenty of tier-1 free agents available on the transfer market.
