Team Spirit explain what caused the drop in the team’s results

Kamil “Koma`” Biktimirov linked Team Spirit’s drop in performance to a change in the team’s drafts, which are now handled by Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk.

The club’s streamer spoke about this during a Twitch broadcast.

“You probably know that Yatoro started drafting for Spirit. Maybe things didn’t work out at BLAST because of this. It’s hard to prepare for bo1 matches. You have such games every 2–3 hours you need to prepare for everyone and somewhere the drafts can float. Ilyukha was drafting at FISSURE as well where Spirit reached the final. So probably it’s not about super drafts but somewhere the execution is lacking”

According to him, instead of Panto, Yatoro is now responsible for drafts, which could not help but affect the results. At the same time, he noted that the two-time world champion was already in charge of picks at FISSURE Universe Episode 8, where the roster performed extremely well.

The streamer believes that the team’s current issue is not the drafts, but rather the execution, which is reflected in their tournament results.
