Team Liquid's carry names the main flaw of the 7.39e patch meta for Dota 2

Mike “miCKe” Wu stated that the Dota 2 map is curently too large, which makes games boring due to an excess of farming opportunities.

The Team Liquid carry shared this opinion on YouTube.

“I think the Dota map is too big right now. There's too much farming on it. Basically, it's fine, but a little boring.”

The map in Dota 2 has gradualy evolved from a compact area with quick contact betwen lanes to a more complex space with multiple jungle camps and neutral creeps. These changes have made the game's economy more complex, but have also reduced the frequency of early clashes. As a result, strategies have become slower, and the focus of the game has shifted from aggresion to farming and the gradual accumulation of resources.
