Stanislav "Malr1ne" Potorak, the midlaner of
Team Falcons, admitted that he suggested bringing Kirill "Hellscream" Lagutik into the team if Andreas "Cr1t" Nielsen declined to join them.
This revelation came during an interview with the esports player conducted by commentator Alexey "STORM" Tumanov, published on YouTube.
"I promoted him to Falcons. I'm not joking. When we were forming the roster, discussing things, I threw in my preferences. Just maybe, there could have been a turn of events where Cr1t wouldn't go to play with us. I said, 'Let's take Hellscream.' He still owes me"
Malr1ne did not specify the nature of the favor he mentioned, but he emphasized that he suggested Hellscream for the support position. It's worth noting that the pro player is a former teammate of Malr1ne and currently plays for
Nemiga Gaming. The reason why
Team Falcons midlaner chose this particular candidate is unknown. However, in the end, Cr1t- agreed to play for their roster.
Recall that earlier Marl1ne surprised viewers with an unusual act after
Team Falcons victory at DreamLeague Season 22, which was broadcast live during the tournament.
