Jingjun “Sneyking” Wu, the captain of
Team Falcons, admitted that the team's defeats are due to the lack of normal training due to the tight schedule of tournaments.
The cyber athlete revealed this in an interview with BLAST TV:
“To be honest, we didn't have a full-fledged bootcamp, and also had a lot of uncontrollable situations. For example, Skiter's second hand surgery, a lot of visa problems and constant traveling. Because of this, our training sessions became very short and it didn't allow us to prepare properly for the tournament. It's like we want to do more but can't for one reason or another”
Sneyking noted that the squad didn't even have a full bootcamp, and the players faced a multitude of issues throughout the season. However, the pro player believes the lack of practices is the reason for the team's slump.
“We had difficulties in that we were putting in effort but not getting visible results. However, what frustrates me the most this year is the lack of practice. Regular training is fundamental: it builds team identity, hones our skills and underpins everything. Shortened practices caused by external factors are incredibly frustrating, and I really hope that changes soon”
The team captain emphasized that it is during practice that team unity is formed and the overall skill is improved, and expressed hope that the situation with training will soon change.
Recall that the previously leaked
Team Falcons trainings revealed whether Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak has left the lineup.
